Pinch Valves offered by our company is used in Iron Ore Plants for iron ore, iron sands, mineral, and concrete. These valves are installed on a pipeline that carries rock tailings from the Iron Ore Processing Plant. The valve’s open-frame design makes it lightweight and enables the operator to tell at a glance the valve’s position. Manual Pinch Valves, with their abrasion-resistant all-elastomeric sleeves, are ideally suited to this harsh work. Solid rock particles pass through the Pinch Valve’s 100% full port elastomeric sleeve, the valve’s only wetted part. When the valve is throttled, the solid particles bounce off the elastomeric, which absorbs the energy of the impact.
